Bible study on the Acts of the Apostles :
Monday evening 7:00 in the Library
Bible study on the Acts of the Apostles. Led by Pastor Ann Barton, this group is reading Scripture with the goal of understanding the Word of God both for the time in which it was written and for us at Kavanaugh in 2009. As we explore the context for the book of Acts, we also seek to appropriate the Biblical witness of the early Church for our situation here at Kavanaugh. Come, bring your Bible and join us as we seek to be led by God’s Word.
Everyone is welcome.

Kavanaugh United Methodist Women
Kavanaugh United Methodist Women meet for fellowship and inspiration
throughout the year. Meeting days vary - please check the church
calendar for dates and times.
Program topics are wide ranging. In the past they have included
“How to Create a Biblical Garden” and tips for taking
advantage of a local version of the “Antiques Road Show”.
The UMW actively support the mission of our District, the Hunt
County Shared Ministries (FISH), and the Wesley Rankin Community
Center, which provides literacy programs, after school programs,
scholarships and women’s programs for families in West Dallas.
